Take the Vow of Silence - Jan. 19th 2012

Whether it is for poverty, gender inequality, or child exploitation, take a stand against injustice and raise awareness for those without a voice. On Thursday January 19th, 2012, stand with the thousands of children around the world who are denied basic human rights by taking the

Vow of Silence.

We encourage participants to not speak for then entire 24 hours of the Vow, but you can choose to what extent that you would like to stay silent (example: also not texting, Facebook, or using hand gestures).

For participants who would also like to take pledge, forms will soon be available outside of room 181.

This is the second annual Vow of Silence hosted by the Me to We club at Walnut Grove Secondary.
